Intermedia Receives Investment from Nokia Growth Partners

Intermedia, a NYC-based Microsoft Exchange hosting provider and global leader in cloud services, received a strategic investment from Nokia Growth Partners.

The investment will help the company broaden its opportunities in the global mobility space.

Founded in 1995, acquired by Oak Hill Capital Partners in May 2011, and led by Phil Koen, CEO, Intermedia provides integrated business-grade cloud services, including Exchange, mobility, back-up, collaboration, voice, etc., specifically dedicated to small- and medium-sized companies.
It manages 450,000 premium Microsoft hosted Exchange mailboxes and distributes its suite of services to 45,000 business customers directly and through its 10,000 + global channel partners.
