Liaison Technologies, an Atlanta, GA-based global provider of cloud-based integration and data management solutions and services, has completed the milestones required as part of a $30m investment (read here) from Merck’s Global Health Innovation Fund.
The company is using the funds for growth initiatives related to its cloud-based integration and data management services within the healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Led by CEO Bob Renner, Liaison Technologies provides services that help health systems, health information exchanges (HIEs) and pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies securely connect, integrate, aggregate and harmonize large volumes of complex healthcare data from disparate sources to meet interoperability goals.
The company also has offices in the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
