Funky Moves Ltd, a Livingston, UK-based interactive sports equipment business, recently raised £332k in funding.
Backers include undisclosed private investors.
The company is using the funds to launch its new product to market later in 2012.
Following its motto “Wellbeing through technology”, Funky Moves offers products that aim to encourage people of all ages to participate in physical activity by providing new activity games enhanced by interactive equipment. The company has developed a number of product concepts in collaboration with a variety of partners including academia, local authorities and industrial partners.
