Huddle, a London and San Francisco-based provider od enterprise content collaboration solutions, has closed a $24m Series C funding.
The round was led by Jafco Ventures, with participation from DAG Ventures, existing investors Matrix Partners and Eden Ventures, as well as Subrah Iyar, the founder of WebEx, and Herb Madan.
The company intends to use the increase the adoption of its products across the globe.
Led by co-founder and CEO Alastair Mitchell, Huddle provides companies with an intelligent collaboration platform to store, discover, share and collaborate on content in the cloud, on any device. Last quarter, the company relaesed Huddle Sync, an intelligent file synchronization platform for the enterprise.
Customers include brands such as Procter & Gamble, Saatchi & Saatchi, NASA, PwC, and Rockwell Automation, among others.
Huddle, which has now raised $40m in equity funding since 2007, has customers in 180 countries worldwide. It also launched operations in New York City this month.
