Tujia.com, an online vacation rental service provider targeting middle to high-end Chinese travelers, has raised a funding of undisclosed amount.
The transaction will close following final regulatory approval of the Chinese government.
Backers include HomeAway, Inc. (NASDAQ: AWAY), Ctrip.com International, Lightspeed China Partners and CDH Investments.
Founded in December 2011 and led by CEO Justin Jun Luo, Tujia.com intends to use the capital for business development within China.
