Nara Logics, a Cambridge, Mass.-based builder of a fully automated engine for organizing the web’s information, has launched with $4m in Series A financing.
Backers include Peter de Roetth and other angel investors.
In stealth mode since it was founded in 2010 by CEO Thomas Copeman, Nara Logics is developing Nara, a personal Internet platform which analyzes the structure of the Web, filtering information based on personal preferences and interests.
Starting with restaurant recommendations, Nara is currently in beta but available for testing at www.nara.me.
The company is also led by CTO Nathan Wilson.
