Crowd Vision, a London, UK-based crowd analytics software specialist, has closed a “substantial” funding.
Backers include a syndicate of London Business Angels Investors and the Angel Cofund.
The company intends to use the funding to expand international sales activities and execute product development plans.
Led by Fiona Strens, CEO, Crowd Vision offers a software product that extracts crowd insights from video feeds in busy locations, enabling customers to understand and intervene in their crowds. Applications include crowd safety, accurate crowd counts, improve pedestrian flows and help businesses optimize operations based on live and accurate crowding data.
