Voxware, a Hamilton, NJ-based provider of voice solutions, has raised its Series B financing round.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Backers include Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, which made the investment through Co-Investment Fund II.
The company intends to use the funding to enhance its global operations including expansion in Europe, Latin and South America, the Middle East, and Asia, to continue to invest into research and development of its voice recognition software, including ongoing advancement of its cloud-based software solution, as well as continued development of its platform for voice-centric multi-modal applications.
Led by Keith Phillips, President and CEO, Voxware provides organizations with voice solutions which enable employees to speed through tasks, thereby boosting operational productivity and improving customer experiences. Customers include Houston Food Bank, Intertape Polymer Group, High Spec Lenses Ltd., US Foods, Auto Zone, Performance Food Group, and Dunkin Donuts.
