Assicom, an Italian provider of B2B credit collection services and business information, is to receive an equity investment from 21 Investimenti.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the proceeds to expand in Italy and abroad (in selected European markets), organically andthrough acquisitions.
Founded in the early 1990s, Assicom provides tailor made B2B credit collection services for the recovery of trade debts both in Italy and abroad, in addition to business
information services, enabling its customers to evaluate the good-standing and solvency risk of clients and counterparties.
The company employs around 195 full time employees, in addition to a network of 77 sales agents and 450 lawyers.
Assicom has over 8,000 corporate clients across all economic sectors throughout Italy.
