Inflexion Private Equity has closed its 2012 Co-Investment Fund at £100m.
Led by Simon Turner, Managing Partner, the fund will co-invest alongside the firm’s £375m 2010 Buyout Fund continuing to support UK mid-market buyouts.
Established in 1999, Inflexion Private Equity focuses on the UK mid market managing about £700m on behalf of its investors. To date in 2012, the firm has completed three buyouts (NPW, Marston Group and CTC Aviation Group) and an exit (Harrington Brooks). It has also expanded its team through the addition of portfolio support offices in Brazil, China and India.
