tenXer, a San Francisco, California-based provider of a human capital management platform, has raised a $3m in Series B funding.
The round was led by True Ventures, with participation from Radar Partners, Khosla Ventures, and other angel investors.
The company intends to use the capital to grow the team with hires in marketing, product management, and engineering, and to expand its service offering outside of the software engineering industry.
Led by co-founder Niel Robertson, and CEO Jeff Ma, tenXer is building a platform that allows any employee to analyze their daily work habits.
The company, which currently employs nine people, has launched their product in betaand plans to focus on integration with tools like GitHub, Pivotal Tracker and Jira.
In conjunction with the funding, Puneet Agarwal of True Ventures will join tenXer’s board of directors.
