Snap MyLife, Inc., a Princeton, N.J.-based developer of cloud-service mobile applications for consumers, has received a $3m term loan from Silicon Valley Bank.
The company intends to use the proceeds to drive ongoing growth and customer acquisition initiatives.
Led by Jiren Parikh, CEO, Snap MyLife offers applications to leverage cloud-services for security, backup, synchronization, content sharing, messaging, editing and streaming across virtually all consumer electronics device categories.
It operates under the Snap Secure, Snap Sync, Snap MyLife, Snap Play and Snap MyLife Creations brands, providing consumers with new tools.
The company has offices globally and is backed by Edison Ventures and Sycamore Ventures.
