Styloola, a Milan, Italy-based fashion social network, has raised €215k in equity funding.
Ten backers provided the sum via SiamoSoci, an organized marketplace that allows unlisted companies to raise capital from private investors to fund their growth.
The company intends to use the capital to further develop its mobile app (already available on the apple store), grow internationally, and move its headquarters to the United Kingdom.
Founded by CEO Marco Ottolini and Andrea Lorini, Styloola helps users to share preferences and information about fashion.
According to Ottolini, the company plans to raise a €2 to 3m round of funding.
