Money-Wizards, a Chennai, India-based finance education startup, has raised a seed funding round from Tenshi Peak Ventures.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the capital to create new content and launch business development initiatives across the country and abroad.
Founded in July 2011 by Venkatesh Varadachari and Thillai Rajan, Money-Wizards provides school and college students, working adults and corporate houses, with finance courses, fees ranges depending on the segment and the type of content. According to local reports, the company has already worked with 15 schools in Chennai, Bangalore and Singapore.
Money-Wizards is a brand of Chennai-based Pluto Education Pvt Ltd.
