24/7 Techies, a NYC-based online tech support company, has raised $600k in seed funding.
The round was led by 500 Startups, with participation from Rajan Anandan and Shailesh Rao.
The company intends to use the capital to expand sales and marketing efforts and accelerate customer acquisition.
Led by CEO Dilendra Wimalasekere, 24/7 Techies provides online tech support via trained professionals, 24/7 to consumers and SMBs. Its service covers over 100 cloud apps, as well as PCs, mobile devices and servers.
