According to the WSJ, Hukkster, a New York City-based ecommerce start-up that allows users to track products on their favorite sites, has raised $1m in funding.
The round was led by the Winklevoss Capital Fund, and other angel investors.
The company intends to use the capital to complete the development of their mobile application, expand their marketing efforts.
Co-founded by Erica Bell and Katie Finnegan, Hukkster allows online shoppers to mark items from online stores, and get notified when the prices on products drop go on sale.
The Hukkster app has 10,000 monthly active users and works with fashion brands and stores online from Asos.com to Nordstrom.com.
