Kivra, a Stockholm, Sweden-based digital mailbox startup, has raised over $2m (SEK15m) in seed funding.
The company intends to use the funding is to develop its solution. It plans to launch a new release in January 2013 while continuiing to develop mobile apps.
Led by CEO Robert Wahlström, COO Sara Bjelkstam, and President Stefan Krook, Kivra allows users, consumers and businesses, to securely receive, upload and store postal mail – all in one place.
Backers in the round include Krook and Karl-Johan Persson, who made the investment through 41an Invest AB, Ludvig Linge and Wahlström.
