Miradore, a Lappeenranta, Finland-based provider of a solution that enables the efficient management of diverse IT environments, has closed a €1,2m funding.
Backers include Finnish Inventure and Belgian ICT executive and industry influencer Willem Hendrickx.
The company intends to use the capital to strengthen global sales.
Led by Kristian Järnefelt, CEO, Miradore provides IT organizations with a single dashboard view and remote access to a wide range of end user devices, including Windows, Linux, Mac OSX, Android, Symbian and iOS smartphones and tablets and retail point-of-sale (POS) terminals, supporting the entire IT lifecycle, including purchasing, installation, maintenance, replacement, and retiring devices – eliminating a large share of manual IT management work.
The cloud-based Miradore management suite is designed to allow for centralized control and management of a wide variety of hardware and software. The management dashboard provides IT personnel with a view and reach of all iPads and iPhones, other tablets and smart phones, laptops and desktops in their corporate network.
In conjunction with investment, Sami Lampinen, Managing Director at Inventure, and Willem Hendrickx, who has served as an advisor to Miradore since June 2011, will join the company’s board.
