ServiceMax, a Pleasanton, California-based provider of cloud-based, mobile and social field service applications, has raised $27m in Series D funding.
The round was led by Crosslink Capital, with participation from Emergence Capital Partners, Mayfield Fund and Trinity Ventures.
The company, which has raised $52m to date, to continue to grow and expand internationally.
Led by Dave Yarnold, CEO, ServiceMax provides a suite of cloud-based, mobile and social field service applications to help companies manage the entire field service process, including: contracts, parts, scheduling, customer and partner portals, etc.
The company serves customers in more than 20 verticals.
In conjunction with the funding, David Silverman, a partner at Crosslink Capital, will join ServiceMax’s board.
