Centric Software, Inc., a Campbell, CA-based provider of PLM software for retail, apparel, footwear, luxury and consumer goods companies, has closed on $19m in Series C venture capital financing.
The round was led by Oak Investment Partners, with participation from Masthead Venture Partners.
The company intends top use the capital to continue to develop its platform and additional mobile solutions, and increase its growth efforts in Europe.
Led by Chris Groves, president and CEO, Centric Software provides product lifecycle management (PLM) software for apparel, footwear, luxury and consumer goods companies. Its Centric 8 delivers functionalities to manage critical, inseparable business processes, including product development, sourcing, business planning, quality management and collection management.
