Fruition Partners, a Chicago, IL-based provider of technology-enabled services for the IT Service Management (ITSM) sector, has closed a $12m Series A financing.
The round was led by Trident Capital.
The company intends to use the capital to expand sales, marketing and delivery efforts.
Led by Marc Talluto, CEO, Fruition Partners is a cloud-service management firm with more than 300 ServiceNow implementations. The company has a staff of nearly 150 cloud and service management experts, highly trained in ITSM best practices.
In conjunction with the funding, Michael Biggee, managing director at Trident Capital and Jeff Rich, venture partner at Trident Capital and former CEO of Affiliated Computer Services, will join Fruition’s board of directors.
