TrueLens, a Cambridge, MA-based company that provides customer intelligence product solutions, has raised a $1.2m in funding.
The round was led by Google Ventures, with participation from Common Angels, 500 Startups, Charles River Ventures, Boston Seed and other angel investors including Dharmesh Shah, Waikit Lau, Nick Ducoff, and John Simon.
Led by CEO and co-founder Roy Rodenstein, CTO Jason Toy, and Chief Scientist, VP of Products Rebecca Xiong, PhD, TrueLens has just launched Socialgraphics, which applies proprietary Natural Language Processing, brand taxonomies, sentiment analysis and machine learning algorithms to analyze customers’ social media activities and identify their brand preferences and offline behavior patterns. The Socialgraphic data are availble into existing CRM systems.
