Bloodhound Raises $3M in Series A Funding

According to reports, Bloodhound, a San francisco, CA-based provider of a conference app, raised approximately $3m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Peter Thiel’s FF Angel, with participation from Subtraction CapitalRothenberg VenturesPhin Upham, Mike Levinthal, and Albert Prast.

Co-founded by CEO Anthony Krumeich and CTO Rick Fulton, Bloodhound provides a mobile solution for events allowing users to view the schedule, floor map, exhibitors, and attendee profiles. The platform, which is free and customizable for organizers, recommends personally relevant information, people to meet, and companies to do business with, Bloodhound.com.
