Convercent, a Denver, CO-based provider of a cloud culture and compliance software designed to support companies in promoting the good and managing the bad, raised $10.2m in funding.
The round was led by Azure Capital Partners and Mantucket Capital, with participation from City National Bank.
Led by Patrick Quinlan, CEO, Convercent has developed a cloud-based solution that integrates values, governance and compliance activities to help companies systematically align corporate values with individual behavior to create productive and compliant cultures of engaged employees. The platform also offers mobile access and translation into more than 40 languages.
