Spanish venture capital firm VenturCap is working to close a new fund, reports said.
Backed already include Institut Catalá de Finances (ICF). Other existing and new limited partners are expected to support the new vehicle, VenturCap II, which focuses on investing in early stage companies operanting in ecommerce, softare and health sectors. It has already invested in Oonair (read here).
Led by Victoriano Peralta, CEO and an LP in the fund, VenturCap is the venture capital affiliate of GVC Gaesco.
