VictorOps, a Boulder, CO-based start-up that builds a Vertical Collaboration Platform designed to enable Ops, DevOps and TechOps teams to solve problems, is launching with a $1.58m seed financing.
The round was led by Foundry Group, with participation from Tango Investments and the company’s co-founders. In conjunction with the funding, Jim Lejeal, CFO at Rally Software, will join VictorOps’ board of directors as an Independent Director.
The company intends to use the funding to build its platform and hire qualified software developers.
Led by Todd Vernon, CEO, Bryce Ambraziunas, COO, and Dan Jones, CTO, VictorOps is builing a vertical collaboration platform that is designed to enable Ops, DevOps and TechOps teams at SaaS businesses to manage and remediate software system alerts and outages, regardless of physical location, connected device, or time of day.
