Wolfpack Chassis, a Kendallville, IN-based manufacturer of chassis and chassis components for the RV and manufactured housing markets, raised $755k in seed funding.
Backers included Elevate Ventures, which contributed $125k via its Indiana Angel Network Fund (IANF), and private investors in Northeast Indiana.
With the company is using the funds to lease a facility to start production this winter, hire about 20 skilled welders and frame builders to work on the first two assembly lines. Led by Robert Frost, CEO, Wolfpack plans to expand its manufacturing into trailers and class-A chassis, as well as other innovative chassis-related components, including slide-out mechanisms.
In conjunction with the investment, Elevate took one seat on the company’s board of directors.
