VendorStack, a San Francisco, CA-based online enterprise vendor comparison platform, held the first close of its seed funding round.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The round was led by Kevin Chou, CEO and founder of Kabam.
Founded in 2012 by David Cheng, CEO, VendorStack provides enterprise consumers with an online platform to rate, review, ask and answer questions about their vendors. In addition to providing the platform, the company also works closely with the vendor community to better reach their customers.
The solution, which recently launched its open beta, has formed almost 3,000 relationships between vendors and their customers.
