Verve Mobile, a New York, NY, Washington D.C. and San Diego, CA-based mobile advertising company, raised $14m in Series C funding.
The round was led by Nokia Growth Partners, with participation from Qualcomm Ventures and BlueRun Ventures.
The company intends to use the capital to further develop its proprietary products and to expand its marketing and sales efforts.
Led by Tom MacIsaac, CEO, Verve Mobile provides a mobile advertising platform that enables national brand advertisers to engage consumers on their mobile devices with location-aware, data-driven and targeted marketing.
In conjunction with the funding, John Gardner of Nokia Growth Partners joined the company’s Board while Quinn Li of Qualcomm Ventures became a Board Observer.
