Vizolution, a Port Talbot, Wales, UK-based financial services technology firm, has raised over £750k in funding.
Backers included Finance Wales, which committed £500k, Notion Capital, which injected £100k, the company’s management team, and angel investor Peter Birch.
The company intends to use the capital to launch the business into the UK financial services market.
Founded and led by CEO Bill Safran, Vizolution has developed vScreen, which enables call centre staff and advisers to remotely demonstrate mortgages, insurance or other protection products on the client’s desktop.
The product, which has been piloted with some large financial services companies in the UK, launches this week, initially aimed at large banks and insurance companies, and then at intermediaries and advisers.
