OpinionLab, an Highland Park, IL-based provider of Omnichannel Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback solutions, received $15m in growth capital financing from SSM Partners.
The company will use the funding to continue to expand globally, as well as to accelerate innovation.
Led by Mark Treschl, co-founder and President, OpinionLab provides VoC feedback across online, mobile, store and products. It collects, interprets, and leverages over ten million location-specific comments each month in over 32 languages and from over 200 countries around the globe.
Over the past 12 months, the company has enhanced its solutions with mobile customer feedback tools and introduced capabilities that allow consumers to share photo and audio feedback with businesses at anytime, from anywhere.
OpinionLab currently holds 16 patents on major VoC advancements and has 14 patents pending in the areas of mobile feedback, advertising feedback and social media analytics.
Clients include Walmart, Bank of America, and Ford Motor Company.
