Qustodio, a Barcelona, Spain-based parental control software start-up, closed a $1m seed funding.
The round was led by W8 Ventures, with participation from the company’s original founders.
Led by Eduardo Cruz, CEO and co-founder, Qustodio develops parental software solutions that are designed to allow parents worldwide to control and have visibility into their children’s online activity, including social networks.
The company already has a fully operational product that is downloadable for Windows and Android, with a Mac version coming at the end of the month.
