Swogo, a UK-based service which enables consumers to make expert purchase decisions, raised £60k in a second round of equity crowdfunding.
The company had already raised £17.5k in 2012 via Seedrs.
Led by CEO Anthony Ng Monica, who is a co-founder alongside Dimitar Kazakov (CTO), Ivor Stankov (CMO), Lucy Foster (Head of Content and PR), and Andre Rego (Head
of Business Development), Swogo provides a free, online service that uses an advanced algorithm to help consumers find product that fits their needs.
The service is available in the UK and in the US.
The company just joined the Startupbootcamp accelerator programme in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
