EV Connect, a Los Angeles, CA-based full-service provider, manager, and integrator of electric vehicle (EV) charge stations for commercial and government locations, closed an initial (and undisclosed) round of financing.
Backers included 37 Technology Ventures, Jackrel Ventures, Tech Coast Angels, Maverick Angels, Keiretsu Forum, and other individual investors.
The company intends to use the capital to expand its sales, marketing, and software development, as well as to build out its partnership program and strategic alliances with charge station manufacturers and network system providers.
Led by Jordan Ramer, CEO, EV Connect provides companies, government and transit agencies, property owners, and hotel brands, with EV charging programs for electric-vehicle-driving employees and constituents. The company offers program design, hardware, deployment, network management, driver support, maintenance, and a software platform to allow for advanced customer-specific features.
