Nativo (formerly PostRelease), a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of native advertising technology, raised $3.5m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Greycroft Partners with participation from e.ventures and existing investor Signia Venture Partners.
The company, which had raised a $1.8m seed round from Signia and other angel investors, intends to use the capital to accelerate the expansion of its platform via hiring developers and publisher support and operations staff.
Led by President and CEO Justin Choi, Nativo provides a platform that enables publishers to activate, deploy and manage content-based native placements across their media properties. It allows users to enter any piece of sponsored or branded content automatically formatted to be native across all of a publisher’s sites. It is possible to match each placement to the look and feel of each publication.
