Simpler, a San Francisco, CA-based employee onboarding startup, raised $1.25m in funding.

Backers included Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Khosla Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Data Collective, AngelPool, SV Angel, Alex Bard, Kenny Van Zant, Sid Henderson, Gary Benitt, Elad Gil, and Formation8.

Co-founded by Ian Spivey, Bo Shi, Ivan Kim, Aaron Joseph, and Sebastian Waisbrot, Simpler is developing a cloud-based solution for companies to manage and digitalize the procedures (and docs and forms) for employee onboarding.
The tool is currently in private beta.
