AVA.ai LLC, a Bellingham, WA and San Francisco, CA-based Internet Technology company, received a $16m equity investment from Kennet Partners.
In conjunction with the transaction, Kennet has appointed Internet industry veteran Mark A. Bradley as CEO of AVA.ai.
Founded in 2007 by Ben Brigham, AVA.ai is the company behind AVA (Automated Virtual Assistant) lead management platform, which leverages artificial intelligence to interpret responses and take action based upon customer replies, giving each contact context and increasing engagement and results.
Having launched in the Automotive industry, AVA.ai is now expanding into other high-growth customer-centric sectors worldwide.
The solution is currently used by more than 4,000 sales professionals.
