BonitaSoft, a provider of a business process management (BPM) solution, closed a $13m Series C round of funding.
The round was led by the FSN PME (the French National Fund for Digital Society), with participation from existing investors Ventech, Auriga Partners and Serena Capital.
The company intends to use the funds for global expansion in the USA, Europe and Latin America.
Led by Miguel Valdes Faura, CEO and co-founder, BonitaSoft provides organizations of all sizes and industries with a BPM suite to model, automate, and optimize process workflows in Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, E-Government, etc.
The company, which has offices in San Francisco, Paris and Grenoble, says it has more than 2m downloads, 600 customers including Accenture, DirectTV, Old Dominion University, Trane, Teach For America and Michelin, and a community of over 60,000 contributors.
