MadeiraCloud, a Beijing, China- and San Francisco, CA-based provider of an Amazon Web Services visualization solution, raised $1.5m Series A funding.
The backer was Sequoia Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to open the office in San Francisco, continue to expand the platform and grow the team.
Co-founded by Peng Zhao and Daniel O’Prey, MadeiraCloud provides a Visual Integrated Management Environment (VIME) for cloud applications. It currently supports Amazon Web Services.
