Solis Capital Partners, a Newport Beach, CA-based lower middle-market private equity firm, closed its second fund, at $61m.
Led by Daniel Lubeck, Managing Director and Founder, and and Craig Dupper, Partner, Solis II invests in companies in the Western U.S. with revenues of $15 – $100m in the business service, niche manufacturing, and software sectors.
Solis Capital Partners has an office in San Diego, CA.
Solis completed the first Solis II investment in March last year, acquiring an interest in gen-E, a San Clemente, CA-based information technology process automation (ITPA) software and services company.
