WegoWise, a Boston, MA-based provider of building performance analytics, received $3m in financing from Boston Community Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its platform to the commercial real estate market.
Led by Andrew Chen, CEO, WegoWise provides an utility data intelligence platform that allows owners, managers, energy auditors and building efficiency programs to automatically track, understand and benchmark building performance, and to identify the least efficient buildings across large portfolios for targeted energy upgrades.
Boston Community Capital had previously provided $1.9m to the company.
