CableOrganizer.com, a Fort Lauderdale, FL-based online retailer of electrical, telecom/datacom/networking, home theater, cable and wire management products, received a majority investment from KT Capital Partners and CapitalSouth Partners Funds.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. Company co-founders Valerie and Paul Holstein, former CEO and COO, respectively, will retain a minority ownership position in the company.
Led by newly appointed CEO Gerald P. Quindlen, who previously served as president and CEO of Logitech, CableOrganizer.com offers over 42,000 products including electrical supplies, network products, home theater components, tools and testers. The company operates a 38,000 square feet warehouse space in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to serve over 250,000 customers worldwide.
CableOrganizer.com – a GSA-certified Woman Owned Business – also operates a subsidiary, CableOrganizer France out of Rennes, France.
