Buongiorno, a NTT DOCOMO company, recently launched an accelerator of tech startups.
B-ventures will incubate selected Italian and European innovative technology startups in Buongiorno’s Parma headquarters.
The program is comprised of:
– an incubation stage, which targets early stage innovative ideas/concepts and offers them a €10K package that consists of 3 month office space in a collaborative work environment and a suite of professional services to focus the development of business ideas. All this vs call option for 10% of the (potential) Newco constitution;
– an acceleration stage for startups selected upon incubation or mature startups. In this phase, open only to already formed companies, B-ventures offers a €60K Euro package that consists of €30K in cash and €30K package composed of a suite of professional services (vs call option for 10%);
– a globalization stage, which provides startups selected upon acceleration or established startups looking for internationalization that have previously raised funding with a €250K package that consists of €50K in cash and €200K package composed of a suite of professional services (vs co-financing according to venture capital evaluation).
Services include support from international mentors, office space, legal, accounting and administrative support, workshops run by global experts, assistance in fundraising and in the preparation of materials for potential investors, in Italy and abroad.
The application period for the first call for submissions closes on 30 September 2013 (submit here) and startups will be incubated starting from November 2013.
