Migeca, the Italian catering company behind the coffee house Ca’puccino, received a €4m financing.
B4 Investimenti, a new PE operator, acquired a 24% stake in the group.
The company intends to use the funds to opening new sale points in Italy and the UK over the next two years.
Founded in 2006 by Giacomo Moncalvo, who made a €1.5m recap, Ca’puccino has 17 points of sale, mainly in shopping centres, department stores such as Harrods, Westfield and King’s Road in London and various fashion outlet in Italy.
The company employs approximately 250 people.
