nGage Labs, Inc., a Scottsdale, AZ-based provider of in-store shopper engagement solutions that enable retailers to recognize, personalize, and engage shoppers, raised $6.9m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Metamorphic Ventures, with participation from existing investor AZ Digital Farm.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate additional development activities for its cloud-based mobile platform, expand its executive leadership and sales teams, and deepen it reach in the shopper engagement solutions market.
Led by Rod Ford, CEO, nGage Labs uses a proprietary mobile-enabled cloud platform, in-store location technologies, and dynamic real-time purchase propensity analytics, to enable retailers to deliver a customized, personalized, and enriched shopping experience (directly via the customer’s mobile device and interactive smart displays) resulting in shoppers stay longer, buy more, and increase store visits.
