48 investors acquired 15.40% equity stake in the company via CrowdCube.
It intends to use the capital for the implementation phase of the business.
Dr Simon Bradley, John Lucken, Jacquie Walby and Mark Wagstaffe, Quality Practice is a new healthcare delivery business based on a network of approved quality GP practices to provide a wide range of services in their local communities and to operate on a national scale. For the future, the company plans to bid for and coordinate delivery of government and industry contracts on behalf of its membership. Services include screening medicals, medico-legal reports, occupational health, pre-employment checks, fitness for work medicals and benefits examinations.
