9Lenses, an Arlington, VA-based provider of SaaS packaged organizational intelligence and analytics, closed a Series A round of financing of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Kinetic Ventures and CEB (NYSE:CEB). In conjunction with the funding, Jake Tarr, Managing Director of Kinetic Ventures, and Jesse Levin, Executive Director of Strategy & Development for CEB, joined 9Lenses’ board.
Led by Edwin Miller, CEO and Founder, 9Lenses provides organizational intelligence software, a platform which uses a proprietary Interview Engine and Analytics package to diagnose organizational strengths, challenges, and focus areas. Respondents share their ideas, opinions, and perceptions about organizational health through digital interview applications, this resulting in useful insights into organizational performance challenges for decision makers.
Multi-app Suites include Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Workforce, Global Quality, and Sales Motion & Acceleration. The company also offers stand-alone apps such as the Business 360 or Team 360.
