Evident.io, a Dublin, CA, USA-based cloud security service, raised $1.5m in funding.
According to a filing with the S.E.C. (read here), only one (unnamed) backer made the investment.
Led by Timothy Prendergast, Justin Lundy, and Puneet Agarwal, Evident.io provides organizations with a compliance & risk management solution to protect the cloud.
