According to a filing with the S.E.C. (read here), MobileIron, a Mountain View, CA-based provider of mobile IT security and management solutions, raised $47.5m in Series F funding.
Twenty-five investors participated in the round. They were not named.
Co-founded by Bob Tinker, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Suresh Batchu, Chief Technology Officer, MobileIron provides organizations with aĀ security and management platform for mobile apps, content, and devices to embrace mobility as their primary IT platform.
