TalentSoft, a Paris, France-based provider of Integrated Talent Management solution, raised €15m in financing.
Backers included Highland Capital Partners Europe and the FSN PME French National Fund for Digital Society, managed by Bpifrance.
The company intends to use the funds to solidify its presence in Europe by opening more offices and recruit 60+ professionals in international sales and services functions, as well as to launch new solutions.
Led by Jean-Stéphane Arcis, CEO, TalentSoft provides a SaaS-based collaborative and integrated software suite which allows users to acquire new talent, manage performance and plan jobs and competencies.
In total, the company’s solution is used by over 3,000,000 users in 100+ countries and 14 languages. Customers include Accor, Aéroports de Paris, Air France, Arkadin, Awex, Bata, Bolloré, Bouygues, Bull, Clarins, CompuGroup Medical AG, Crédit Mutuel, EADS, Euromaster, EQT, Griesson, Ingenico, Invivo, Limagrain, M6, Mazars, Midas, Pernod Ricard, Prisma, Randstad, Safran, Sage, Total, Toys’R’Us, Vinci and Zodiac Aerospace.
TalentSoft has offices in Belgium, Sweden, Germany, and the UK.
